Hear what the organization is not saying.
Meetings and workflows often record what was spoken while missing participation gaps, unresolved voices, timing gaps, omissions, and handoff silence.
ARCHITECTURE • TRANSFORMATION • AI • DECISION SCIENCE
I connect enterprise strategy, operating models, analytics, AI, governance, and human judgment into systems designed to improve execution and decision quality.
ABOUT
D. Warren Sledge, known as Donnie, combines more than two decades of operating and leadership experience with project management, data analytics, AI/ML, decision science, value-stream thinking, and governed enterprise modernization.
The portfolio is organized around a simple question: how do we turn fragmented information, competing priorities, uncertainty, and organizational knowledge into decisions that can actually be executed?
ARCHITECTURE
Elucidate grew from recurring organizational needs I encountered across enterprise transformation, project and program leadership ↗, Agile/Scrum ↗, analytics, value-stream work, governance, Citizen Development ↗, organizational readiness, and AI systems design. Each architectural component connects a recognizable business problem to a bounded intelligence capability; highlighted Elucidate terms are also inspectable entry points into the working prototype.
Meetings and workflows often record what was spoken while missing participation gaps, unresolved voices, timing gaps, omissions, and handoff silence.
Consequential decisions cross strategy, delivery, people, governance, evidence, process, continuity, and stakeholder disciplines.
Organizations frequently retain the outcome but lose the evidence, assumptions, dissent, forecasts, rationale, and conditions that produced it.
Enterprise AI needs explicit authority, provenance, permissions, escalation, reversibility, and human ownership before consequential action occurs.
Static process maps do not capture how real organizations sense, coordinate, adapt, recover, and learn across changing conditions.
New employees, AI participants, changing roles, and executives need context and support, but onboarding and coaching should not create hidden decision power.
The portfolio is not a list of certifications placed beside an AI project. It shows how established professional disciplines were synthesized into an inspectable decision architecture and then carried into a working prototype.
Run the guided Elucidate exampleFLAGSHIP SYSTEM
Elucidate is a governed Decision Intelligence architecture built to bridge AI, people, organizations, and decisions.
It centers the Decision Case: framing the question, defining objectives, distinguishing alternatives, acquiring decision-relevant evidence, preserving uncertainty and dissent, enforcing human authorization, and converting outcomes into institutional learning.
ARCHITECT ROADSHOW
This portfolio version of Elucidate is a curated architect prototype: enough of the Decision Intelligence experience is exposed to show the design, business value, governance model, and product direction without publishing the entire proprietary backend.
PROJECTS & CASE STUDIES
This portfolio is organized as an evidence base: each case study can document the business problem, my role, the architecture or approach, methods and tools, measurable outcomes, and supporting artifacts. New academic, professional, and independent work can be added without changing the site structure.
Problem: consequential decisions lose context, dissent, evidence provenance, and institutional learning.
Architecture: DecisionCase, Tactical Intelligence Nodes, governance, human authority, ThesisCog and EchoLogic.
Evidence: working architect prototype, runtime alpha, and technical architecture iterations.
Explore architect prototype →Focus: quantitative interpretation, structured analysis, and evidence-based conclusions.
Case-study expansion: add objective, dataset, analytical method, findings, visuals, and final artifact.
Focus: retrieval-augmented generation and grounded domain knowledge within a generative-AI workflow.
Case-study expansion: add architecture, retrieval strategy, evaluation approach, lessons learned, and presentation artifact.
Focus: Python, predictive analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and Decision Science.
Evidence: coursework and project artifacts can be added as individual case studies as the portfolio expands.
Focus: modernization connecting ERP, e-commerce, vendor relationships, staffing, field execution, and commercial recovery.
Case-study expansion: document the business context, leadership scope, interventions, operating model, and defensible outcomes.
Prior revenue, operations, program leadership, process improvement, value-stream, organizational-readiness, and transformation work can be converted into concise executive case studies.
Standard: Problem → Role → Architecture / Approach → Methods → Outcome → Evidence.
Every addition should distinguish what I personally authored, led, designed, analyzed, or implemented from team and organizational contributions. Where exact metrics or artifacts are unavailable, the case study will say so rather than manufacture evidence.
